With a growing portfolio of vibrant, affordable, and community-focused resorts, we are committed to delivering exceptional living experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Directors and Executive Team.

About the Role
This is not your average EA role. As the Executive Assistant, you will be the central point of coordination across the business - supporting strategic initiatives, managing sensitive communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions. You will work closely with the Directors, Executive General Manager, and Heads of Department, playing a key role in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-level executive support to the Directors and Executive General Manager, including calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential correspondence.

- Prepare and manage Board and Executive Management meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

- Draft internal policies, corporate charters, and compliance documentation in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate projects, events, and operational initiatives.

- Draft loan, management, and operational agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

- Maintain corporate records,

staff contact directories and assist with entity-level administration across the group.

- Liaise with investors and stakeholders, manage investor agreements with precision, and provide updates on behalf of the Executive Team when required.

- Support the Executive General Manager with land acquisition, ensure obligations are met, and coordinate the payment of associated fees with finance.

- Assist with special projects requiring cross-departmental and external partner collaboration as needed.

- Liaise with IT consultants to improve/roll out current systems, oversee SharePoint operations, and deliver general IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the entire team.

- Attend to general office management duties as necessary.

About You

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role supporting C-suite or Directors.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working across multiple systems.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a high degree of initiative.

- Experience in property, lifestyle, or development sectors is advantageous but not essential.

- Be a nice, team oriented and fun person.

Why Join Us?

- Be part of a purpose-driven organisation shaping the future of lifestyle living in WA.

- Work alongside a passionate and supportive Executive Leadership Team.

- Enjoy a dynamic role with variety, autonomy, and visibility across the business.

- Leederville-based office with flexible working arrangements.
