Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and qualified demeanor.
Input customer details accurately into our computer system in a timely manner.
Organize and prepare customer orders for the next day, ensuring all items are properly bagged and ready for pick-up.
Accurately locate and match clothing items using codes or numbers.
Maintain a clean and presentable front desk area at all times.
Handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
Work efficiently under pressure, ensuring all tasks are completed before the end of the shift.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
