About the role
Lead daily operations at the City's landfill site supervising a skilled team and ensuring protected efficient waste management and environmental compliance. This hands‑on role offers variety and impact overseeing plant activities coordinating contractors and maintaining high standards across compaction coverage and site care. Bring your leadership communication and problem‑solving skills to a role that keeps our city clean and running smoothly.

About you
A Certificate III in Civil Construction (or equivalent) HR licence White Card and relevant machine experience are essential for this role. Youll need solid communication teamwork and time management skills along with the ability to work safely under pressure. Experience working with contractors and customers and a commitment to safe work practices will enable you to succeed.
What’s on offer
Market-competitive salary (from $ ) depending on your capabilities and experience 12% superannuation.
Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
