Customer Service Representative - Global Leader | Manufacturing Focus
- Rydalmere - Onsite Parking + Bus Stop Out Front
- Role 1: Permanent Full-Time, Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
- Role 2: 6-month Contract, Full-Time, Monday- Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
- 2 Days Work from Home (after training period)

These busy and varied customer service roles will see you as the first point of contact for wholesale customers, assisting with product information, warranties, order tracking, and general inquiries. You'll also work closely with the Sales Team, providing them with timely updates on pricing, availability, and order status.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from distributors and customers
- Provide detailed and accurate product information
- Manage warranty, repair. and order-related inquiries
- Process and follow up on customer orders - including urgent, back-ordered, and out-of-stock items
- Place parts orders as needed
- Assist the Sales Manager with updates on customer activity, product availability, and logistics
- Investigate lost or damaged shipments
- Work with internal teams to resolve delays or order holds
What You Bring to the Team:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- A reliable, mature, and professional attitude with a focus on solutions and teamwork
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and retain product and system knowledge quickly
