About us:
Fab Kitchen is a family run Kitchen Manufacturer that has been operating for 40 years in Girraween (NSW). Most of our staff are long-term which has enabled us to grow a business with all our clients and builders based on honesty, integrity, and good faith. Customer satisfaction is our goal. We are currently looking for a skilled full-time Cabinet maker.
Key Responsibilities:
· Interpret technical drawings and work orders to determine project requirements.
· Work with various materials like timber, veneers, and engineered wood products.
· Operate CAD and CNC machines to cut and shape components.
· Build and assemble cabinets, furniture, and specialized fittings.
· Install cabinetry in kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces.
· Apply protective finishes and attach hardware to complete installations.
· Repair, refurbish, or create reproduction and antique furniture as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
· AQF Certificate III with two years of on-the-job training or AQF Certificate IV
· Proficiency in CAD and CNC programming and operation.
· Robust craftsmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience in assembling, installing, and refurbishing furniture and cabinetry.
· Knowledge of materials, finishes, and protective coatings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,500.00 – $80,000.00 per year
