The Opportunity
At Aveo, we’re passionate about helping residents live well everyday. As our Home Care Administration Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our home care consumers. This is your chance to combine people leadership, administration expertise, and community care experience in a role that truly matters.
Your Impact
- Lead and coach a team of Home Care Administration Officers, empowering them to deliver excellence in service and administration.
- Manage the My Aged Care portal, care system processes, and resident pipelines to ensure timely and accurate processing of care services.
- Build relationships and liaise with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including Care Partners across our Aveo communities.
- Support the broader Aveo Care team with reporting, compliance, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with reporting, email management, fleet management and other operational administration as required

What you’ll bring
- Previous lead administration experience in the Home Care or Community Care sector.
- Forward-thinking administrative skills, with experience in managing reports and working in a fast-growing home care business.
- People leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with a range of stakeholders.
- Exposure to My Aged Care or client management software (such as Alayacare).
