We’re opening the doors to a brand-new South Yarra pub and we’re doing things a little differently — great drinks, great vibes, and an exciting sushi offering at the heart of it all. To make it happen, we’re on the hunt for Qualified Sushi Chefs who know their way around a blade and bring the energy to match.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a sushi pro who:
- Is qualified and experienced in sushi preparation.
- Can confidently handle knives, rice, rolls and sashimi with precision and speed.
- Takes pride in presentation — because sushi should look as good as it tastes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.
- Brings a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Is excited to help launch a brand-new venue from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing fresh, high-quality sushi for service.
- Maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.
- Working closely with the kitchen and FOH teams to deliver a great guest experience.
- Contributing ideas and flair to the sushi offering.
- Helping set the standard in a brand-new kitchen.
