The Role:
AMA Warehouse Yatala is on a mission to find our next Online Despatch Person who fits in well with our dynamic team and can provide our online customers with exceptional service! We value team players who can share their enthusiasm for everything 2 wheels and contribute to our fun and positive work environment.

Role Overview & Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing and shipping processes to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
- Utilising dispatch software to ensure efficient and accurate dispatch.
- Communicate with customers regarding online orders, returns or exchanges
- Investigate potential fraud orders
- Follow up tracking or delivery issues with third party couriers.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and that the workplace remains safe for all employees.
Personal attributes required:
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes and being on your feet all day.
