Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the practice.
Handle communications with patients and respond to enquiries or concerns.
Oversee patient bookings and appointment confirmations.
Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our patients.
Manage front desk tasks including billing and insurance verification.
We're Looking For:
Proven experience working in a customer centric role in a private healthcare practice.
Passion for exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Experience with dental practice management software systems.
Knowledge of standards for practice compliance, especially infection control protocols.
