Hargreaves Hill has opened its brand current taphouse in Lilydale, and we’re looking for enthusiastic hospitality legends to join our team! If you love great beer, enjoy working with people, and are happy to pitch in wherever needed, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, multi-skill position that includes:
Bar service & tap beer operations – pouring quality beers, maintaining clean lines and glassware, handling POS, and engaging with customers about our beers.
Basic kitchen prep – assisting with straightforward bar food preparation (e.g., heating, portioning, plating), keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
General hospitality duties – running food, clearing tables, restocking, cleaning, and helping ensure smooth service across the venue.
Teamwork – stepping into whichever area needs support during service.
About You
We’re looking for people who:
Have bar or tap beer experience (craft beer knowledge is a bonus!)
Can confidently work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Are willing to help in both the bar and kitchen
Have great communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Value cleanliness, consistency, and professionalism
Hold a valid RSA
Availability
We are open Wednesday to Sunday.
