Seeking a skilled Maintenance Leading Hand to join a growing team in Seven Hills. This hands-on role involves performing and supervising maintenance activities on plant, equipment, and field units to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Start ASAP
$100k-$120k + super
Permanent opportunity
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service and repair equipment including generators, pumps, trailers, vehicles, and treatment systems
Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Assist with mobilization, installation, and commissioning of water treatment systems
Maintain accurate service records and asset registers
Promote a protected and organised work environment
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Trade qualification or relevant experience in maintenance, plant operations, or mechanical/electrical systems
Proven experience in maintenance and supervision
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Current driver’s licence
(Desirable) Experience in water treatment, mining, or process industries; Confined Space/Working at Heights training; Forklift or High-Risk Work Licence
