Overview
Role overview: We have four opportunities and will consider part time hours if you are seeking greater flexibility. The role will incorporate holistic assessments, care planning, clinical decision-making, staff guidance, and improving residents’ quality of life. Relocation to Corowa is available.
Responsibilities
Complete holistic assessments
Develop appropriate care plans
Evaluate and make clinical decisions
Guide our care staff
Improve the quality of life of our Residents
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated aged care/hospital/mental health experience
Availability to work a rotating roster including morning,
afternoon and night duties
Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with residents with a variety of health issues
A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with older people
Understanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments, documentation and funding submissions
