We are searching for a high-performance leader who wants to step into a Studio Manager pathway role inside one of Sydney’s most established Vision Personal Training studios.

? About the Role
As the Studio Manager, you will work closely with the owners to drive growth, sales, lead generation, team performance, retention, and WOW-level client experience in a thriving 1-on-1 personal training studio.
You’ll be responsible for:
Sales & Growth
- Selling high-ticket 1:1 PT Programs (6–12 months) confidently in person
- Meeting & exceeding monthly sales KPIs
- Managing lead follow-up, outbound calls, DM outreach & pipeline tracking
- Generating leads through paid ads, organic funnels, referrals & local business partnerships
- Creating & executing marketing strategies and local area campaigns
Leadership & Team Operations
- Supporting the Team in running all daily studio operations
- Leading, mentoring & coaching trainers to uphold Vision standards
- Managing schedules, client onboarding, weekly check-ins & retention systems
- Running team meetings, planning calendars & overseeing studio systems
- Ensuring new hires are trained and onboarded correctly
- Upholding Vision’s culture: leadership, spirit, growth
Client Experience & Community
- Delivering a 5-star client journey every day
- Hosting internal challenges, events & workshops
- Building local social media following via reels,
stories & posts
- Building relationships with allied health providers, sports clubs & local businesses
? Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, leadership, or studio/gym management
- Track record of growing a business & hitting sales KPIs
- Confident selling high-ticket programs face to face
- Someone who LOVES challenges and exceeding expectations
- A leader who wants to step up, take ownership & build something special
- Community-driven, passionate, disciplined and results-focused
- Cert III & IV in Fitness ideal but NOT essential (willingness to obtain is fine)
? Salary & Career Pathway
Starting salary: $75,000 base + performance bonuses
Pathway: Fast progression to $100,000–$120,000+ with KPIs achieved
This role is designed for someone who wants to:
