Founded by Paralympian Dylan Alcott AO, the organisation operates with people with disability, lived experience, and allies of disability inclusion to help clients achieve sustainable, dignified inclusion.
About Sport4All (S4A)
The S4A Program is a federal and Australian Sports Commission funded initiative that builds inclusion capability in community and school sport. Local Inclusion Coaches deliver the program under GSA’s design and delivery.
About City of Bayswater
The City of Bayswater has a population of ~75,000 and operates three libraries, two recreation centres and supports over 150 local sporting clubs. It manages 180 parks, ovals, play spaces and a 460‑km road network.

About the Inclusion Coach Role
The ‘Inclusion Coach’ will support the City to implement inclusive sport and recreation programs, connect clubs and schools with the S4A website and resources, and help them complete the training program.
Key responsibilities and activities:
- Partner with the City of Bayswater Community Development Team to connect clubs and schools with Sport4All training and resources.
- Create and maintain a plan and reports of club and school contacts.
- Provide City employees with education on disability, accessibility, inclusion, and sport.
- Attend S4A program meetings to track goals and outcomes.
- Support clubs and schools in delivering inclusive sports sessions and workshops.
- Promote Sport4All and educate communities about sports benefits for people with disability.
- Record and update data on club and school participation and S4A program completion.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Qualities
- Strong relationship‑building with community stakeholders.
- Effective communication across face‑to‑face, email, and phone.
- Clear written and public‑speaking skills.
- Passionate, self‑directed, and resourceful.
- Experience engaging grassroots sporting clubs.
- Experience working with teachers, school leadership and staff.
- Ability to plan and travel locally for school and club visits.
- Organised, administrative skills, and technology proficiency (meeting set‑up, data recording).
- Computer literacy for data collection and reporting.
- Time‑management and prioritisation skills.

Other Relevant Requirements
- May require travel within WA.
- May require work outside ordinary hours, including evenings and weekends.
Conditions of Employment
- Right to work in Australia.

- Current Working with Children Check.
- National Police Criminal History Check (no older than 6 months).
