Your role
- Lead daily pharmacy operations with a focus on efficiency and excellent patient care
- Mentor and support your dispensary and retail team
- Deliver and grow professional services within the community
- Maintain high standards of compliance, safety and QCPP requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers, health providers and the local community
About you
- AHPRA-registered pharmacist
- Previous management or leadership experience in community pharmacy
- Confident communicator with strong people-management skills
- Passionate about delivering quality healthcare and fostering a positive team culture
- Organised, proactive and committed to providing a great customer experience
