Role Description
This is a casual on‑site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Prospect, SA. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a warm and professional experience. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, eager to learn, and thrives in a quick‑paced, client‑facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients with a welcoming, professional manner.
- Managing phone calls, emails, bookings and client enquiries.
- Assisting with scheduling, confirmations and waitlists for clients.
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting clinic staff with administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception and waiting area.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assisting clients with information about treatments, skincare and clinic services (training provided).
About you
- Friendly, positive and confident communicating with clients.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with booking systems.
- Previous medical reception experience is preferred.
- Experience using Best Practice medical software is essential.
