As Australia's largest provider, we train over 70,000 customers annually across 30 locations. Stay Upright, has recently expanded its operations into Heavy Vehicle & High-Risk Work training with the acquisition of Advanced Heavy Vehicle Driver Training & Australia Wide Forklift Training Centre, based in Tullamarine.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team on a full-time basis as a Customer Service Representative, based at Tullamarine. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will join our small team where your excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will provide valuable support for our Heavy Vehicle and High-Risk Work training customers.
The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer enquiries and course bookings via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide course information and guidance on enrollments to our customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Supporting issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide administrative support to the business in line with the VicRoads & WorkSafe VIC requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or call-centre based role.
- Previous administrative experience in the Victorian Heavy Vehicle or High Risk Work Training industry preferred, but not essential.
- Computer literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to working both independently and as part of a team.
