Casuarina Beach Bakery is now looking for skilled bakery tradespeople to join the team.
We are Currently looking for a Qualified Baker for a full time position to join the team.
The position requires someone who has the following:
- Relevant trade qualification desired
- Minimum 2 years trade experience
- Self Motivated
- Sound trade knowledge in bread manufacturing essential. experience in pie, pastry and cake production desirable. Experience in cake decoration also favourable.
- Must be able to work independently and unsupervised
- No overnight work mainly late afternoon or from 4am start times
- 38 hour Week
- Rotating Rosters with some Weekend work included
Reporting to the business owner, you will be primarily required to prepare and bake our range of bread, rolls, sourdough daily. Assist other tradespeople in the preparation and presentation of cakes and pastries and work in a team setting on pie and sausage roll production.
Salary based on General Retail Award. Remuneration package available based on level of experience, between $76,515 and $80,000.
