What’s the Role:

As a Fettler, you'll play a hands‑on role in our Aftercast team, ensuring cast products are finished to the highest standard before despatch. Reporting to the Aftercast Supervisor, you will carry out fettling operations, maintain equipment and contribute to a safe and productive work setting.

You’ll be responsible for daily equipment checks, visual inspections of castings, maintaining housekeeping standards, supporting safety initiatives, following site procedures and collaborating with your team to meet production goals.

This position operates on a day shift schedule.

Your Impact:

- Perform fettling operations including grinding and finishing of castings
- Use hand and power tools to carry out maintenance and finishing tasks
- Complete daily prestart checks and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with Bradken standards
- Support safety initiatives and participate in incident investigations and audits
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals

You Bring:

- Experience as a Fettler or in a similar role using hand and power tools
- A minimum of 6 months fettling experience is required
- Understanding of fettling and despatching processes




- Familiarity with Bradken’s policies and procedures
- Reliability, attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A proactive and safety‑first mindset
- Forklift licence and Dogman ticket (desirable)
