The Shire of Northam is seeking a proactive and energetic person for the Part time Duty Managers role.

The successful applicant will:

Responsibilities

- Contribute to the safe and effective management ofthe recreation centre and aquatic services providedby the Shire.
- Provide technical operation to all plant andequipment including water treatment ensuringstandards set by the WA Health (swimming pools)regulations, & Aquatic Facilities–Code of Practice.
- Apply Shire facility conditions of entry and policieswhilst ensuring skilled services catering to theneeds of the community are offered.
- Conduct facility opening and closing processes whilstproviding guidance and leadership during out ofbusiness hours or in the absence of the Managerand/or Coordinator.
