About the role
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist In Charge to join our team at Chisham Express Pharmacy in Kwinana Town Centre, Western Australia. As the Pharmacist In Charge, you will be responsible for the day-to-day pharmaceutical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and medication management. This is a full time role with opportunities for professional development and advancement within our growing pharmacy business.

What you'll be doing
1. Overseeing the pharmacy's operations, including staff supervision, workflow management, and inventory control
2. Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients on the safe and effective use of medications
3. Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
4. Maintaining compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
5. Actively participating in the implementation of new pharmacy initiatives and programs
6. Fostering a positive and customer-focused work environment
What we're looking for
1. Registered Pharmacist with a minimum of 1 years experience, preferably in a similar Pharmacist In Charge role
2. Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia is required at time of application
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
4.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing pharmacy team
5. In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, and regulatory requirements
6. Commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practice
7. The successful candidate will be working approximately 36 hours a week a roster which incorporates some weekend work.
8. Our team is highly customer service based which includes dose administration packing, and CPOP.
