- **The Role**_
We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Casual Tutors to join our team for **both primary (3-6) and high school (7-12)** levels.
As a Tutor, you will provide tailored instruction in **English, Mathematics, or Science**. This is a hybrid role based at our Kellyville Ridge campus/ other nearby suburbs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing engaging and clear one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions.
- Preparing lesson plans and tailoring teaching strategies to individual student needs.
- Assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback.
- Building strong foundational knowledge and problem-solving skills in your students.
- Collaborating with students, parents, and the academy team to ensure academic success.

- **Who We Are Looking For**_
We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about education and have a strong academic background.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Must have completed the NSW HSC (or equivalent) and achieved a **Band 6** (or E4) in **Mathematics Advanced** (or higher) or a **Band 6** (or E4) in **English Advanced** (or higher).
- Must be available to work **at least 2 weekdays per week** (Monday to Friday) between **4:30 PM and 8:00 PM**.
- Effective and engaging communication and interpersonal skills to motivate students of all ages.
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid **NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)**.
**Preferred (But Not Essential)**:
- Currently undertaking a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field is a strong advantage.

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: From $24.95 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
