**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Input customer details accurately into our computer system in a timely manner.
- Organize and prepare customer orders for the next day, ensuring all items are properly bagged and ready for pick-up.
- Accurately locate and match clothing items using codes or numbers.
- Maintain a clean and presentable front desk area at all times.
- Handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
- Work efficiently under pressure, ensuring all tasks are completed before the end of the shift.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
