The ESKARA Skills Centre in Narellan provides a secure, supportive, and recovery-oriented environment for adults living with ongoing mental illness. Our programs focus on psychosocial rehabilitation, personal growth, and skill development, empowering individuals to achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
We are seeking Casual Support Workers to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of psychiatrist-led programs and work closely with mental health professionals to provide tailored, person-centred support across a variety of therapeutic and skill-building activities, including cooking, tai chi, art, daily living skills, and mental health education.

Pre-Employment Requirements
- Current Driver Licence
- NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
- Certificate IV in Mental Health or Enrolled Nurse qualification
- NSW Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
