About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team as a contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and strong multidisciplinary support.
You’ll provide mobile/community-based OT services across Sydney with a varied caseload including physical disability, neurological conditions, psychosocial disability, paediatrics, and functional assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments, home assessments, and ADL evaluations
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans and recommendations
- Deliver OT interventions in clients’ homes, community settings, or via telehealth
- Complete high-quality clinical reports such as functional capacity assessments, assistive technology recommendations, and NDIS-required documentation
- Support clients with skill development in self-care, community access, daily living, and home modifications
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, plan managers, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA Registration
- ABN (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Skilled Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and report-writing abilities
Highly Desirable
- Previous experience with NDIS participants
- Skills in assistive technology prescription
- Experience with functional capacity assessments or home modifications
- Paediatric or adult caseload experience (either or both welcome)
