Our dealership is known for delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join our team and support our continued growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will play a key role in presenting finance and insurance solutions, guiding customers through their options, and ensuring every interaction is professional, seamless and genuinely helpful.
What You Will Be Doing
- Maximising finance and insurance sales while supporting an exceptional customer journey
- Partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Building strong relationships based on trust and clear communication
- Growing your understanding of our brand, products and services
- Ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently
- Delivering value and tailored solutions to every guest
Trading Hours
We offer genuine work-life balance supported by recent trading hours:
- Mon–Tue:
8:30am–5:30pm
- Wed: 8:30am–8:00pm
- Thu–Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
- Sat: 8:30am–1:00pm
What We Are Looking For
You are confident, positive and professional, someone who builds rapport easily and enjoys helping customers make informed decisions. You bring:
- Experience providing finance or lending services
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
- Excellent organisational skills and a results‑driven mindset
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
- Valid Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence
