The role
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end conveyancing, managing both residential and commercial transactions with autonomy.
- Handling all stages of conveyancing files
- Communicating with clients, lenders and agents
- Preparing and lodging contracts and settlement docs
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout process
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 5 years’ conveyancing experience
- Ability to run files independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
