Location: Hope Island / Gold Coast / Brisbane
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage high end residential / villa renovation projects.
Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
Work with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scoping.
Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout each phase of the renovation.
Source and manage tradespeople and suppliers.
Monitor site health and safety compliance.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Resolve issues or delays effectively to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in residential construction or renovation management.
Proven ability to manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously.
Competency in project management software and construction budgeting.
Relevant qualification in Building, Construction Management, or similar is preferred.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $6,500.00 – $8,500.00 per month
