Receptionist – FULL-TIME

Longevity Clinics + Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Practice – Woollahra (5 mins walk from Bondi Junction train station)

Are you passionate about premium customer service and excited by the growing cosmetic and aesthetic medical industry?

Our Plastic Surgery business is expanding, and we are seeking a friendly, mature and motivated Receptionist to join our skilled and supportive team in our brand new Woollahra premises.

This is a key front-line role where your customer service skills, attention to detail, and professionalism will help shape the first impression for our patients.

YOU MUST HAVE:
2+ years robust customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Manage incoming patient enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Build rapport and trust quickly to understand patients’ needs and motivations.
Work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to optimise the patient journey and improve conversion rates.
Excellent phone manner
Confidence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,



Outlook)
Prior experience with medical booking software (Genie preferred but not essential)
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
A warm, professional, and proactive attitude
Interest in cosmetic surgery, facial rejuvenation, and aesthetic medicine

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Scheduling appointments and managing the surgeons' diaries + Longevity Clinics
Processing payments
Providing accurate information about services, fees, and procedures
General admin duties including managing correspondence and patient records
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and prospective patients. You’ll guide them through their treatment journey — from initial enquiry to consultation and beyond — ensuring every interaction is personal, professional, and conversion-driven.

You’re calm under pressure, a natural problem-solver, and take pride in delivering a 5-star experience every time.
