ABOUT THE ROLE
We are specifically looking for chefs across all levels seeking casual, part-time or full time employment. Candidates will have the great opportunity to work in a pub style environment to increase their experience.
You will be organized, on time, reliable and can work autonomously under guidance and direction from our Senior Head Chefs.
Responsibilities include:
Preparation of food to company standards.
Controlling a section within the kitchen during service.
Kitchen set-up and pack-down.
Ensuring kitchen cleanliness.
Assisting kitchen management team with other responsibilities as required.
