Location: Glenvale QLD 4350 (Westbrook, Queensland, Australia)

This permanent, part‑time chance offers hands‑on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported by a Director of Service.

Service Location

Glenvale QLD 4350

Schedule

Split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30 am‑9:00 am, 2:45 pm‑6:00 pm (28.75 hours per week).

The Role
Key leader in delivering high‑quality care and creating memorable experiences for children.
Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences.
Foster genuine relationships with children and families.
Support compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications
Previous experience in before/after school care or education is preferred but not essential—training provided.
Thrives in a fast‑paced workplace.
Confident communicator with children, parents,



team members, and principals.
Strong team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and a can‑do, positive attitude.
Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun.
Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) per ACECQA standards.
