Working as part of the Aqua Jetty and Rockingham Aquatic Centre Operations teams, you will support the Assistant Coordinator (Operations) by always ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety procedures and standards of service.

To be successful, you must possess well developed leadership skills, time management and conflict resolution skills. You have previous experience in a large aquatic facility, or similar, which involved you being tasked with supervising others and ensuring efficient operations.

You must possess a current Aquatic Technical Operations Certificate (WA), LIWA Accreditation, Pool Lifeguard Certificate and up to date Provide First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.

To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria as part of your online application:

- A sound knowledge of aquatic facility operation, programming and pool plant management




- The ability to set priorities, manage time, coordinate resources and monitor performance
- An ability to negotiate solutions to problems, and remain calm when dealing with complaints
- Experience in staff supervision and building a collaborative work environment
- Experience in a similar role leading an Aquatic Team in a large leisure facility

We are offering a gross salary of $83,781 per annum , as well as:

- 12% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to 5%

- Flexible working arrangements, including rostered days off and up to two additional paid days of absence per annum
