Overview
Role overview: We have four opportunities and will consider part-time hours if you are seeking greater flexibility. The role will incorporate holistic assessments, care planning, clinical decision-making, staff guidance, and improving residents’ quality of life. Relocation to Corowa is available.
Responsibilities
- Complete holistic assessments
- Develop appropriate care plans
- Evaluate and make clinical decisions
- Guide our care staff
- Improve the quality of life of our Residents
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated aged care/hospital/mental health experience
- Availability to work a rotating roster including morning, afternoon and night duties
- Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with residents with a variety of health issues
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with older people
- Understanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments, documentation and funding submissions
