The gig?
- Handle approximately 50 calls daily, alongside inbox management and follow-ups.
- Work on a rotating roster (7 am-3 pm or 9 am-5 pm), including 1-2 Saturday shifts per month (paid as overtime).
- Comprehensive training provided, so prior experience in construction or call centres is helpful but not essential.

You’re detail-driven, reliable, and ready to get stuck in.
You can handle a busy day and keep a cool head when the pressure is on.
Flexibility is your middle name, especially when it comes to working Saturdays or swapping shifts with the team.
