**Gaming Manager - Marsden Brewhouse**
The Marsden Brewhouse is one of Western Sydney’s premier hospitality destinations.
Offers an energetic, family friendly venue combining a modern pub, brewery, restaurant, sports bar and events space all under one roof.
As part of the Laundy Hotels group, The Marsden continues to deliver quality dining, exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
We are looking for a Gaming Manager to work at our Marsden Brewhouse located in Marsden Park.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Gaming Manager will have a strong background in gaming, TAB, compliance and revenue generation.
**The successful applicant will**:
- Results driven and takes ownership of the role.
- A demonstrated understanding of Gaming industry related technology, systems and compliance.
- A good knowledge or Gaming operations with experience in high
- ranking venues a plus.
- A good understanding of the local area or nearby suburbs, its' clientele and business key drivers.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, coupled with a passion for team development.
- Priority to development and training of staff in line with gaming standard operating procedures.
- Attention to detail across all facets of the business with pride in presentation both in service and in grooming.
- Flexibility to accommodate weekends, late-night and early-morning shifts in line with operational requirements.
