THE OPPORTUNTY
We are on the search for a passionate and energetic customer service professional who thrives whilst working in a fast-paced work environment.
Here at Australian Turf Club, you will be rewarded with a unique, diverse, and exciting employment experience at our Rosehill Bowling Club venue.
This is a casual position with shifts available from Monday to Sunday, where you will support the various business and social events held at The Club throughout the year.

- 3-4 shifts a week.
- No Graveyard shift (The Club is normally closed between 11 pm and 1 am).
THE DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a high level of customer service that is at all times courteous, helpful, friendly and efficient.
- Oversee bar, kitchen and gaming operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with regulation.
- Assist or manage in day-to-day operations of the Club – open and close, back of house administration, stock control and operational reporting.
- Receive and store beverage, dry goods and operational supplies as per the Club’s policies and procedures
- Manage cash-handling, gaming reconciliation, and security procedures accurately.
- Perform supervisory and operational duties across the function area, including client liaison, facility presentation, service standards, flow of service and presentation to ensure the highest possible standards are achieved.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
What we are looking for?
- Hold a current RSA and RCG certification (mandatory).
- 3-4 years’ experience in hospitality, a Club or Pub environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within the customer service and hospitality industry and/or a strong willingness to learn.
- Robust time management skill, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of duties.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to show initiative.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Availability to work weekends and adjust to varying schedules, as required by the operational needs of the business.
