Sales Executive - OTE up to $140,000 | Based in Sydney (UK Applicants Welcome)
Location: Newtown, Sydney, NSW
Base Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings: $110,000 - $140,000+

Must be currently based in Sydney (ideal for UK nationals already in Australia)

The Chance
We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and help shape the success of our national B2B events portfolio.
This role is perfect for a sales professional ready to step up, or a hungry, confident candidate from the UK or elsewhere who has recently relocated to Sydney.

You’ll be selling exhibition and sponsorship opportunities to businesses across multiple sectors,
with genuine earning potential and a fast progression path into senior roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and engage new business prospects across diverse industries
- Conduct outbound sales via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages to prospective clients
- Build and manage a robust pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Communicate the value propositions of our events with confidence
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal and team revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on campaign delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with strong phone and relationship-building skills
- Proven sales experience preferred, but high-potential candidates also welcome
- Results-driven mindset with resilience and ambition
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- UK nationals and overseas candidates welcome, as long as you’re currently living in Sydney and have full working rights
What We Offer
- $55,000 - $60,000 AUD base salary
- Uncapped commission, realistic OTE $110,000 - $140,000+
