Employment type – Full Time (35 hours) - Ongoing and a Temporary role available -Multiple positions
Clerk Grade 7/8 - Salary – $113,547 - $125,720 pa plus superannuation and leave loading
The role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Learning and Development Officer to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning and assessment programs that support our staff across Recent South Wales.
This role plays a critical part in fostering professional growth, enhancing industry-specific competencies, and developing key behavioural capabilities essential for success in a complex and evolving environment.
What you’ll do
- Design and deliver learning programs across different settings
- Manage and assess staff learning using various tools
- Identify training needs and skill gaps with managers and staff
- Develop and implement learning strategies and policies
- Ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulations
- Evaluate and report on program effectiveness
What we’re looking for

Essential Requirements
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or its successor) or a willingness to obtain within 12 months
- Relevant qualifications and vocational experience in training delivery area(s)
- Current NSW Drivers licence and willingness to travel in the course of performing the role.
