About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ANZ Food Equipment Lead to join our team at Sealed Air Australia.
This is a full-time role based in Fawkner.
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of our food equipment business across Australia and New Zealand.
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical expertise and support to our sales and marketing teams to help promote our food equipment solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product and service opportunities in the food equipment market
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our food equipment customer base and market share
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues related to our food equipment products and services
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our food equipment offering and ensure we stay ahead of industry trends
- Represent the company at industry events and build robust relationships with key stakeholders
What we are looking for
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food equipment industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful commercial strategies
- Strong technical expertise and understanding of food equipment products, applications, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver on strategic objectives
