- Casual Healthcare Support Worker — Botany NSW (Immediate Start)

Key responsibilities
- Provide respectful, person-centred assistance with daily activities and routines.
- Transport clients safely to appointments, social activities, and errands using your own vehicle when required.

- Communicate promptly with coordinators about availability, client needs, and any incidents.
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing through practical support and companionship.
Essential requirements
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle for client transport when needed.
- Current Police Check and Working With Children Check as this role may involve vulnerable clients and young people.
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines.
- Availability to accept casual shifts at short notice and flexibility to work varied hours.
Desirable attributes
- Previous experience in healthcare, disability support, aged care, or community services.
- First aid certification and basic manual handling skills.
- A patient, calm approach and an ability to adapt to changing client needs.
