About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Speech Therapist (Speech Pathologist) to join our team as a contractor. This role is perfect if you want flexibility, autonomy, and regular referrals within a supportive environment.
You’ll deliver mobile/community-based services across Sydney, working with NDIS participants of various ages and presentations. There will also be sessions completed in clinic at the office in Beverly Hills
Key Responsibilities
- Complete speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, community settings or via telehealth
- Develop individualised therapy plans and goals
- Prepare clear progress notes, recommendations, and NDIS-compliant reports
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, educators, and other allied health professionals
- Provide education and support to clients, carers, and support staff
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions as required

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Membership
- ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
- Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
- Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
- Strong communication, clinical, and report-writing skills
Highly Desirable
- Experience working with NDIS participants
- AAC knowledge/experience
- Paediatric or adult caseload experience (both welcome)

Pay: $70.00 – $125.00 per hour
