Job Title: Senior Barista / Manager – Specialty Coffee Expert (Full-Time Preferred)

Superbike Cafe Racers is looking for a highly experienced, top-tier barista to join our growing specialty team. We are not looking for average — we want someone who lives and breathes coffee and takes pride in delivering the best cup, every single time.

What We’re Looking For
- 6–7+ years experience as a professional barista (non-negotiable)
- Experience in highly recognised, quality-focused Melbourne cafés
- Expert-level espresso skills — dial-in mastery, grinder calibration, workflow
- Fast, clean, organised and calm under pressure
- Confident in serving 200–400 cups/day environments
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a shift and maintain high standards

- $70,000–$78,000 (full-time)
