We're the children at Only About Children Balwyn North, and we've been wishing on dandelions and rainbows for someone very special to come and help lead our big, happy home.

Our campus is full of tiny footsteps, laughter, and the smell of playdough and sunshine.
We have spacious learning environments and leafy outdoor spaces where we run, explore, and imagine the world in all its colours.

Every day, we build castles, paint the sky, and discover current things about our world.
But we need a grown-up leader who believes, like we do, that every day can be an adventure.
Someone who smiles when we smile.
Who listens to our stories (even the long, wiggly ones).
Who helps our teachers feel proud and inspired.
Who makes our families feel warm and welcome – like they've just come home.
We think our new Assistant Director will have a big heart, a curious mind, and sparkly eyes that see magic in the little things.
