About Our Client:
Our client is a leading 3PL (third-party logistics) provider specialising in electronics and high-value goods.
Based in Wacol, they pride themselves on precision, reliability and safe operations in a climate-controlled warehousing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking dependable forklift operators to join the team on the day shift, starting between 7:00am and 8:00am, Monday to Friday.
The right candidates will have solid forklift experience (reach forklift experience is strongly preferred) and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality environment where electronics and sensitive goods are handled with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift (and ideally high-reach forklift) to move, stack and pick palletised goods in the warehouse.
- Load/unload incoming/outgoing shipments of electronics and other high-value items, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order and inventory accuracy according to procedures.
- Work with the team to meet daily throughput targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and handle goods in a controlled environment.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Bring forklift licence and proven experience operating a forklift (experience with high-reach forklifts is a major plus).
- Have a strong sense of reliability – you show up on time, ready to work, and stay accountable.
- Are comfortable working Monday to Friday, day shift (start between 7:00am-8:00am).
- Are detail-oriented and able to handle high-value electronic goods with care.
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment and take pride in doing things right.
- Are looking for a role with long-term potential (temp-to-perm opportunity available).
