Position: Front of House Staff
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their orders.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Pack food orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house.
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management.
- Perform side work tasks.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Solid communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
