We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable chef to support our team during the busy festive season. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and delivering excellent food under pressure, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking food
- Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding garnishes and sauces
- Ensuring all meals are of high quality and are prepared in a timely manner
- Utilising a variety of fresh, frozen and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menu
- Practicing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation procedures
- Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation
The following skills and qualifications are essential:
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher.
- Previous experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various hospitality hours, across 2 – 3 days per week.
