Job Opportunity: Casual Female Disability Support Worker (No Experience Needed for nursing or allied health students)

About the Role:
We are seeking empathetic, reliable, and motivated Female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
This role is for students studying nursing, social work or other healthcare fields who are seeking flexible and meaningful work experience in the care sector. These student candidates do not need to have experience. We will provide you full training.
You will be working in a person-centered role where your kindness and reliability can help someone lead a more independent and fulfilling life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, domestic tasks, and mobility
- Support clients with social outings and community participation
- Follow individual care plans and support daily routines
- Keep accurate documentation and progress notes
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and care teams
- Handle all interactions with respect, dignity, and confidentiality
About You:
- Female applicants only
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
- Caring, respectful, and passionate about making a difference
- Reliable, punctual and confident personality
