About the role
As the Warranty Clerk at Grand Prix Caboolture Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the vehicle warranty process. This full‑time position is based in our Caboolture office, QLD 4510 location. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of vehicle warranty claims, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the broader Automotive Trades team.
What you’ll be doing
Processing and tracking vehicle warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
Liaising with customers, dealerships and manufacturers to coordinate warranty repairs
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to warranty claims
Identifying trends and providing recommendations to improve the warranty process
Assisting the Automotive Trades team with other administrative tasks as required
What we’re looking for
Solid experience in a similar warranty or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
Proficient in using computer systems and software to process and track warranty claims
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and stakeholders
Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently to resolve issues
