Due to growth in the region, we are seeking an experienced, organised, and motivated client-focused Site Manager to join our Ballarat team to cover builds in the Ballarat and surrounding areas. Role
Successfully deliver quality homes for our clients. Schedule trades and subcontractors on site. Ensure OH&S; obligations are met weekly. Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines. Liaise with clients and deliver excellent customer service. Monitor and control ETS budget. About You
Previous experience in site management in volume building in Victoria. Strong ability to manage the building process from start to finish. Team player and motivator. Motivated and driven. Customer-focused with good communication skills. Positive can-do attitude.
