Trinity College is a co‐educational Catholic college with over 960 students from Years 7‐12. About the Prospect

- Provide pastoral care and support to students, helping them navigate personal challenges, academic concerns, and spiritual growth.




- Collaborate with teachers to build meaningful relationships in the classroom and foster conversations around spirituality.
- Facilitate discussions, activities, and reflections on faith, ethics, and social justice within and beyond the classroom.
- Organise and lead prayer groups, retreats, and spiritual formation activities with the APRE.
- Collaborate with the school community, including parents, teachers, and local parishes, to strengthen the sense of belonging and faith of students.
- Monitor student progress and support learning areas to provide evidence‐based intervention strategies for students requiring additional learning scaffolding, including those with learning disabilities.
- Assist in developing varied teaching methods, materials, and assessments to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Gather insights into students' individual needs and develop appropriate strategies to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with school specialists in organising and assisting with intervention groups to coordinate services.

About You

- Experience with youth ministry, pastoral care, or working with children within a faith community.
- Experience creating diverse teaching methods and assessments for various learning styles.




- Skilled in developing strategies to enhance student learning outcomes based on individual needs.
- Experience collaborating with specialists to address student needs.
- Knowledge of the specific needs for First Nations and international students, including cultural considerations.
- Certificate III in Education Support, or currently studying education, youth ministry, chaplaincy, student wellbeing or a related field (the role suits a student).
- Requirement to be Catholic.

Eligibility And Safeguarding Requirements

- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
- Hold a paid employee positive notice blue card prior to commencement.
